Sunday in flavor-land
Succumb to the charms of the three brunch buffets at Le Loti, either by taking the classic route of starters, main dishes and desserts, or instead freely wandering between them as the fancy takes you. The savory delights featured in the cold buffet include a seafood platter, foie gras, antipasti, assorted cold cuts of meat, club sandwiches and spring rolls. Fresh-food lovers can compose their favorite salad or choose between Thai, Caesar or coleslaw options. On a more surprising note, a Peruvian chef in live cooking prepares an authentic ceviche with your favorite ingredients. Unless you prefer the sushi stand...
On the hot buffet side, the dishes offer the great brunch classics, including eggs presented in every way. Be sure not to miss the freshly carved meat, but you can also enjoy fish, mini-hamburgers, mashed potatoes and vegetables of the day. Asian specialty lovers have a choice between nems, hot chicken and fried noodles. Finally, pasta is obviously in the spotlight, prepared on demand and served on the plate.
The buffet dessert is a moment of sheer delight, with an array of fruit tarts and chocolate pies, black or white chocolate mousse, along with a selection of stunning cakes, brioches, wafer biscuits, madeleines and cookies. And not forgetting the star trio of delicacies that remain firm favorites: floating island, tiramisu and panna cotta.
Sunday in an enchanted forest
Every Sunday morning, while older guests are having brunch, the lounge of the Tsé Fung restaurant morphs into a magical forest, as if the gardens of La Réserve were extended inside with a wonderful natural leafy green environment. Thanks to the inspired creativity of My Little Room, stools shaped like deer, birds, white rabbits, a playful fox and mushrooms and dotted amongst the trees create an enhancing setting for the Kids Club. Wooden toys and games, along with other activities suited to kids from 6 months to 13 years of age, are arranged in a circular order progressively tailored to older age groups, all the way up to table football and arcade games for teenagers. Weather permitting, children can also enjoy La Petite Réserve with its wooden huts and play area in the gardens.
