Each Friday and Saturday from 3pm to 6pmNathalie Nguyen Thi, Chef of Café Lauren, offers a tandem cooking class to explore the secrets of delicious, healthy and balanced cuisine. Trained by Eric Canino, Michelin-starred chef of La Réserve Ramatuelle’s La Voile restaurant, she prepares dishes at Café Lauren that both tickle the tastebuds and offer gourmet diners a guilt-free culinary experience.

Grasp the essentials of wellness cuisine, including cooking and vegetable-cutting techniques, the art of seasoning and sauces, that will enable you to craft light and tasty dishes.

Two participants only – Fridays and Saturdays from 3pm to 6pm – 150 Chf per person
